OHHHHHHH..... Today is International Women's Day and sooo a perfect time to share this blog with you all.....Seriously had a blast assisting Brooke Ellen Photography at this fabulously creative styled shoot at The Lord Jeffrey Inn in Amherst, Masssachusetts. The opportunity to collaborate with wedding creatives has been one of my biggest goals for 2016. So I was more than happy to be a part of the afternoon's events.

Upon arriving to the styled shoot located in the Garden Room at The Lord Jeffrey Inn I was greeted by a room full of amazing Women Entrepreneurs. Watching Jackie from Events by Jackie M in full design and create mode was so inspiring to me. She seriously does not miss a beat and her attention to detail is over the top. Stacey of The Tangled Grapevine was someone who I have admired from afar. I love her flower designs and her ability to create stunning arrangements with a wisp of her hand. It was my first time meeting her and I felt a bit starstruck because secretly if I wasn't a photographer...I would be a floral designer for sure. The sweet faces of the team from That Girl were in full Hair and Makeup creation on the models for the shoot. I am a makeup junkie and always in awe watching the artists in action. Once everyone was beautified by Kelly and her team it was time to slip on the beautiful gowns provided by Bridal Heirlooms of South Hadley, Massachusetts. Christine from Bridal Heirlooms arrived just in time to assist us with getting into the gowns and assuring that each of us were securely fastened into the stunning gowns. AND.....let me just tell you something about our Bride for this shoot. Marcey is getting married in September and when I saw her walk in with this gown on...ummmmm I had tears. This dress fit her so beautifully that it was intoxicating how gorgeous she was. Thank you Marcey for being such a wonderful Bride for the shoot. I wish you and your future husband so much love and happiness. AND.....one more thing.....Yes - even the photographers got to be in this styled shoot. Speaking of which, I made sure to include a few extra portraits of Brooke who was all business once the shoot began and being an amazing Lady Boss that is she totally owned it. I am so thankful to have had this experience with these incredible Women Entrepreneurs. They not only welcomed me with open arms but also showed me how their passion for their journeys are expressed so beautifully and with grace.
