Life Lately
I am so grateful to have celebrated my birthday this past month! Aging is truly a gift, and although I will forever feel 29, I love the perspective on life that I have gained over the years.
Recently, I have made a point to prioritize self-care and really be intentional with my health and overall well being. One of the ways I’ve done this is by signing up with Yoga of the Valley and chose a monthly plan because, accountability!
Practicing yoga has changed so much of my mindset and since January I have managed to lose 20 pounds. I am feeling so much stronger mentally and physically.
We plan on unplugging on our trip as much as possible. I did rent a small, point and shoot camera in order to document our experiences, and I’m hoping to get a nice family photo. This will be our first trip together since 2008!
